salam...
rasa pelik ka ngn title entry ni??
meh cni nk story
semalam cheq wat ciskek..
first time la try wat kan...
so punyala teliti la cara2 nk bakar..
bakar ciskek ni kena wat cara bain marie a.k.a water bath method
cmni ni ha...

alkisahnya lepas masak aja ciskek 2, bila buka ja aluminium foil bru sedar ada air termasuk lam loyang...
adeh....
hbis la lembap biscuit layer bawah kek tu..
mjurla air xmsuk xbyk...
tp agak spoil jugak la =(

meh layan pic2 yg smpat di snap ni
msa tgh proses, xingt lgsg nk snap
so tup2 bila dh msak ciskek, bru ingt..hehe

xsmpai bbrapa min, ni ja yg tinggal.. besala, byk jerung kt umah =P

agak perang sket muka kek ni.. sbnrnya klu kaver ngn jem lgi bgus

leceh jugak wat baked ciskek ni..
lpas ni nk try yg chilled punya lah
senang sket kot.. ekekee
tp apa2pun, rasa ciskek nih mmg best sbb ada rasa masyam2 cheese++strawberry jam..
i like.......;)
